Stephen is a former Marine with over 25 years of experience supporting US operations in the Middle East in a variety of roles. He is now the Cyber Operations Manager for Raytheon on the DHS DOMino program supporting DHS’ efforts to develop, deploy and sustain systems that monitor, analyze and mitigate cyber threats to .gov networks.
