Will has over 10 years of experience in recruiting. He joined Navy Federal Credit Union in May 2011 as a Recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team. He has supported a variety of business units with hiring over the years. In July 2014, Will transferred from our headquarters campus in Vienna, VA to Pensacola. FL.

Currently, Will manages our campus recruiting/outreach programs in developing strategies to identify candidates for opportunities at the credit union and promoting Navy Federal as an employer of choice. He serves as a trusted advisor to our business partners and brand ambassador in helping individuals secure a career at the world’s largest credit union.

Prior to Navy Federal, Will worked at a Nonprofit HR, a human resources consulting firm in Washington, DC which specializes in staffing services.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in August 2007.

During his spare time, he enjoys relaxing with family and friends, traveling, and is passionate about sports.
