Benjamin Loader currently serves as the Deputy Branch Chief of the Incident Management Group within the Hunt and Incident Response Team for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He has over 11 years of experience in Cyber and Intelligence Communities as both an analyst and leader. He spent the first 7 years of his career in the Army as a signals intelligence and cyber analyst. After leaving military service, Benjamin worked a couple positions as a contractor: SOC Lead Analyst and an instructor for the DoD’s Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC) in Pensacola, FL. He began his federal service with DHS in February of 2016 with the intent and desire of bringing his unique experience to the organization and to continue his service to protect and defend this country. When he isn’t managing cyber incidents and response efforts to critical infrastructure and national security, Benjamin can usually be found on his boat or somewhere near the water with a fishing pole or spear gun.
