James Grant is part of the founding team at CareSync and currently serves as the company’s Senior Solutions Architect. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Auburn University and is a recovering attorney with a law degree from University College of Law in Tampa, Florida. In addition to his responsibilities at CareSync, he represents Tampa Bay in the Florida House of Representatives.

Kevin Hofstra

Kevin Hofstra is the Chief Technology Officer for Metova CyberCENTS where he leads the development of Cyberoperations Enhanced Network and Training Simulators (CENTS®) for DoD, Federal and Commercial customers. He led the program training, exercising and testing six of the first US Air Force Cyber Protection Teams.  Mr. Hofstra has an extensive technical background with certifications that include the Cisco CCIE #14619, ISC2 CISSP & CAP, Microsoft MCSE, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB). His background includes a BS – Computer Science from Yale and two MEs – Telecommunications & Engineering Management from the University of Colorado.  Kevin also serves as the Communications Sector Chief for the Denver FBI InfraGard and is a strong advocate for public/private/academic partnerships.

Steve West is an aviation professional with more than 33 years of operational experience. He has served and led Southwest Airlines Network Operations Control, Operations Coordination Center, System Operations Control, Flight Dispatch and Ground Operations.

Steve currently serves as Senior Director Network Operations Control-Bridge Operations. His responsibilities include the daily oversight of the Network Operations Control Center (NOC) and the effective direction of all available resources to assure safe, compliant, efficient and reliable operations of the airline schedule. Additionally, he has direct oversight of the NOC Network Directors and is responsible for companywide operational coordination with other departments. Steve is also the Company Emergency Director-Alternate.

Steve has been married to his wife, Julie, for 21 years. Julie is also a Flight Attendant for Southwest Airlines. They have two children, Bridges and Desmond. Bridges is a Sophomore at Baylor University and Desmond is a Sophomore at Southlake Carroll High School



Bob David


Bob David is President of Technical Software Services, Inc. (TECHSOFT) and the company’s technology leader. Mr. David is actively involved in corporate management, strategic planning, business development, and technical contract execution. Active in the community, Mr. David is a founding member and sits on the Board of Directors for Innovation Coast a non-profit organization committed to supporting the growth and prosperity of innovative technology-based enterprises along the Northern Gulf Coast. Mr. David is also a board member for the Gulf Coast Center for Innovations and Entrepreneurship a joint venture between the Greater Pensacola Area Chamber of Commerce and Pensacola State College. 

Mr. David has over 35 yearsí experience in a variety of computer-related fields and possesses a strong background in Software and System Engineering. He has actively participated in the design, testing, and fielding of large-scale computing environments. In his spare time he continues to develop and teach Information Technology and Computer Science courses at the university level.

Mr. David joined TECHSOFT in 1994 after his retirement from the U.S. Navy. During his 21-year naval career, Mr. David served in a variety of technical leadership roles, including tours as Operations Chief for the European Cryptologic ADP Coordination Center/Senior Analyst for Shore Cryptologic Support Systems. His last military assignment was as training support networks Program Manager for the Naval Technical Training Center/Center for Information Dominance (CID) in Pensacola.

Mr. David holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering from the University of West Florida. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland. He is currently completing his PhD in Management Information Systems.



Eman El-Sheikh

Director of the Center for Cybersecurity and Professor of Computer Science
University of West Florida

Dr. Eman El-Sheikh is Director of the Center for Cybersecurity and Professor of Computer Science at the University of West Florida. Her research interests include cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and machine learning. El-Sheikh has published over 60 peer-reviewed articles and given over 60 research presentations and invited talks. Her research projects include the development, application and evaluation of artificial intelligence and machine learning methods for cybersecurity, education, software architectures and robotics. Eman received her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Michigan State University. El-Sheikh received several grants to enhance cybersecurity education and training for pre-collegiate and college students with an emphasis on increasing the participation of women and underrepresented groups in cybersecurity. She is the Principal Investigator and Director of the UWF ADVANCE Program, a National Science Foundation-funded grant aimed at enhancing the culture for recruiting, retaining and advancing women in STEM. El-Sheikh enjoys engaging students in research activities and has mentored numerous undergraduate and graduate student research projects. She teaches undergraduate and graduate Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence courses, and has integrated cybersecurity into many of her courses. She received the 2014 UWF President’s Award for Leadership in Diversity and the 2016 International Security and Management Conference Achievement Award.

Michelle Horton

Michelle serves on the Board of Directors for Innovation Coast and is the Chairperson for the Women in Technology Committee.  She has recently accepted the position of Director of Enrollment and Retention Management for Complete Florida at the UWF Innovation Institute.  Michelle began her career in higher education more than ten years ago at Pensacola State College.  Prior to her position with the UWF Innovation Institute, Michelle served as the Director of the South Santa Rosa Center for Pensacola State College.  She works closely with faculty, staff, students, and the community to develop student support services and enhance workforce development.

Rob Krug

Rob Krug ha been working in IT for 25 years and have done everything from building workstations and servers to implementing some of the most advanced and secure networks imaginable. Rob served in the United States Navy, worked as an IT Manager for international long distance provider Clarion Global, and later worked as a Data Security Analyst and Network Services Engineer for Sprint. He also spent seven years as the Director of Engineering Services for international managed services provider, NetWolves, before eventually joining SonicWALL. Rob  have delivered several industry keynote presentations, written numerous best practice security plans, and provide an ongoing in-depth analysis of how security breaches occur in customersí networks as an ethical hacker.

Steve Millaway

Founder and CEO

Steve Millaway is a founder and CEO of TechFarms. The graduate of the University of Florida, with a degree in Electrical Engineering, started his career in Arizona as a semiconductor “chip” designer for Burr-Brown Corporation. 
In 1994 he founded Gain Technology Corporation, a semiconductor design firm that developed the USB 2.0 chip. The product was licensed to Intel and others and has since been used in over 500 million PCs and peripherals worldwide. In 1996 he formed Gain Communications Inc., an Internet service provider that designed and deployed the nation’s first broadband wireless Internet service – a service that eventually became known as Wi-Fi.
In 2007, Millaway returned to his hometown in Panama City, where he now helps other entrepreneurs pursue their startup dreams. He serves on various corporate boards a well as the District Board of Trustees at Gulf Coast State College




Jim Nitterauer

Senior Security Specialist

Jim Nitterauer is currently a Senior Security Specialist at AppRiver, LLC. His team is responsible for global network deployments and manages the SecureSurf global DNS infrastructure and SecureTide global SPAM & Virus filtering infrastructure as well as all internal applications. The team also manages IT security for the entire company.

Jim has over 20 years experience in the IT industry. He currently holds a CISSP certification in addition to a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in biology from Ursinus College and a Master of Science degree with a major in microbiology and biochemistry from the University of Alabama. He is a 2000 graduate of Leadership Santa Rosa and a 2001 graduate of Leadership Pensacola.

Jim has presented at many conferences both locally and nationally including BSides Las Vegas, NolaCon, ITEN Wired and other smaller events. He is a regular contributor to the Tripwire Blog and Peerlyst. He served as President and CEO of GridSouth Networks, LLC, a joint venture between Creative Data Concepts Limited Inc. and AppRiver, LLC. Jim is also the founder and President of Creative Data Concepts Limited, Inc., a well-known Web services provider that’s been located in Pensacola, Florida since 1998.

In addition to his work at AppRiver, he devotes his time to advancing IT security awareness and investigating novel ways to implement affordable security controls.

Donald Robinson

Chief Technology Officer-Defense

Dr. Robinson serves as the Chief Technology Officer for the Defense business at CSRA. He is responsible for the technical aspects of the new business portfolio, technical innovation in key programs, and the overall technology strategy. Dr. Robinson leads a team of the company’s top experts in multiple technology practices to achieve strategic objectives and ensure CSRA continually delivers superior next-generation technical solutions to its clients. 

He previously served in the Northrop Grumman Corporate Analysis Center where he developed and executed strategic advocacy campaigns for key strategic programs. Projects included: missile defense, cyber operations systems, radar and sensor systems, space systems, battle management command and control, and unmanned systems. Each of these projects involved direct advocacy to both the Pentagon and Congressional stakeholders. He was also responsible for analysis and reports to Congress on cyber policy and legislation for the company. 

Dr. Robinson has also been a program manager profitably delivering technically advanced and profitable IT enterprise services and cybersecurity solutions. Projects spanned advanced research, product design, development, integration and test and operations and maintenance. He has worked on multiple contract types for both military and international customers.  

Formerly Dr. Robinson was the principal technologist for cybersecurity for the $10B Information Systems Sector within Northrop Grumman. Working for the Chief Technology Officer, he was responsible for directing internal technical investments, defining technology roadmaps, investment strategies, and business development in cybersecurity and cyberwarfare.

In prior roles within Northrop Grumman, Dr. Robinson was a capture manager for the cybersecurity portfolio successfully winning multiple programs. As an engineer, he developed architectures for advanced command and control systems for the U.S. Navy, developed technical solutions for distributed classified development environments, and designed interfaces between operational C2 systems of record and National intelligence collection systems.

Dr. Robinson has five Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Economics, and Applied Mathematics from Hampden-Sydney College (earned in 4 years). He also has a Master’s of Science degree in Statistics and a Doctorate degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia. He has also attended Oxford University and executive management education programs at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of business. Dr. Robinson is also an instructor at Caltech in cybersecurity.

Commissioner Doug Underhill was elected to serve the citizens of District 2 on the County Commission in November 2014.  He is a 24 year veteran of the Navy, currently serving as a Commander in the Naval Reserve.  As a civilian contractor, he leads a team of Cyber Security Analysts providing services to the Department of Homeland Security. 
Underhill has served his community as a baseball and basketball coach, Trustee at the Perdido Bay United Methodist Church, and numerous positions with the Boy Scouts of America.

Michelle Ward

Prior to starting Cyber Safe Workforce, Michelle was a software developer with over 10 years of experience in support of cyber defense programs.  For a large part of that time, she was embedded with an operations and maintenance group in a secure environment where she also provided support for web applications authored by her. 

Michelle graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.  She holds the CISSP and CSSLP (ISC)2 certifications and has been trained in web application hacking. 

These days she is an entrepreneur–developing and adapting security awareness and training for workplaces that don’t have the time or expertise to do it in-house.  In her spare time she volunteers for local cyber education efforts such as AFCEA’s Summer Cyber Camp and Cyberthon.  Michelle is also a member of Innovation Coast’s Women in Technology group as well as IT Gulf Coast.

Kim Wilmes serves as President & CEO for Florida’s Great Northwest, the 12-county regional economic development organization of Northwest Florida. Kim is responsible for developing a long-term strategic vision to promote the region for economic success. 

Prior to joining Florida’s Great Northwest, Kim spent 14 years at Enterprise Florida, Inc. (EFI), the official economic development organization for the state of Florida. As Vice President of Marketing, Kim was responsible for developing and directing a comprehensive and integrated national, international and industry-focused marketing strategy to promote the state of Florida for business.

During her tenure at EFI, she collaborated with many local and regional economic development partners throughout the state and helped launch the state’s new business brand and marketing campaign. Kim also helped develop the Team Florida Marketing Partnership – a coalition of the state’s economic development, utility and business leaders – and helped raise $3.2 million over three years. These funds and a state appropriation of $18.5 million over the course of two years were utilized to support statewide marketing efforts. 

Kim brings more than two decades of experience in marketing and research in both the public and private sectors to Florida’s Great Northwest. Kim earned a master’s degree in business administration with concentrations in marketing and decision information systems from the University of Florida and a B.S. in marketing and management with a minor in statistics from the University of North Florida.  Kim is a native Floridian and is now a proud resident, along with her husband and two children, of Santa Rosa Beach.

Dan Cavanaugh

When he joined the Florida SBDC at the University of West Florida in 2000, Dan already had over twenty years of business management and financial administration experience from the private sector.

Dan holds a B.S. in Agriculture from the University of Missouri and a B.A. in Accounting and an MBA from the University of West Florida. Dan also holds various professional certifications and licenses.

Prior to working in the private sector, Dan was commissioned in the United States Navy, and served in Viet Nam as a Naval Aviator. In addition to his duties at the FSBDC, Dan serves as a professor with the UWF College of Business, Management Information Systems department.



Gretchen Clarke

Gretchen Clarke is a college graduate, technology professional, athlete, wife, daughter, sister, and mom.  Currently, she leads the strategic partnerships division for AppRiver, an email and web security cloud service provider who is consistently recognized as one of Florida Trend’s Best Places to Work.  Gretchen has over a decade of technology experience in various areas such as:  ecommerce, interactive media, eLearning, software development, and project management.  Gretchen also has experience in start-up environments where she directed organizational efforts that resulted in award-winning business practices and work cultures.  She has also held positions in advertising, public relations, healthcare, customer service, and her favorite, Space Camp. TJ Edwards

TJ Edwards is local Gulf Breeze graduate and received his B.S. in Computer Science from Troy State University (Troy) where he played football. After football, TJ joined the US Air Force to finish his degree. The Air Force is where he discovered his next sport love; Rugby. He played on two National Championship games only to lose to his rival, Pensacola NAS Rugby Team. TJ’s first job out of the Air Force was a COBOL Programmer for an Software Engineering firm in Ft. Lauderdale. He later started a family and got off the road by discovering the wonderful world of copiers. He worked 5 years as a systems engineer and then in February of 2000 moved into Sales and has never looked backed. He enjoys architecting solutions for customers that have “paperwork” issues and has recently added IT Services from All Covered, a division of Konica Minolta to the portfolio. He has been with Konica Minolta going on 4 years now and handles the Pensacola Marketplace of Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. He has three kids, 21, 16, and 13. His wife Katharine of 22 years is the head swim coach and Environmental Teacher at Gulf Breeze High.

Guy Garrett

Guy Garrett, M.S., M.B.A., launched the Gulf Coast State College cyber security program in 2012 and built Northwest Florida’s first dedicated cyber defense lab. He also founded Corps Tigris, a co-curricular Cybersecurity student organization and the nation’s first cybersecurity demonstration team. In the past 3 years, their Cybersecurity Awareness Training Sessions (CATS)  has been seen by more than 3,000 people in the Florida panhandle, including two appearances at ITEN Wired. They also conduct annual training exercises for 1st Air Force, US Northern Command and have worked with area businesses, and emergency management teams. Garrett received his Master of Science in Computer Science/Software Engineering from the University of West Florida. He also earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Journalism from the University of Georgia. He heads up Gulf Coast State College’s cyber security and IT programs and holds the rank of associate professor.

Tom Hermanson

Tom Hermanson is a Senior Business Growth Consultant and sub-center manager at the Florida SBDC at UWF, at the Fort Walton Beach office. Tom has been an integral member of the staff for over 20 years, specializing in strategic growth, business valuation, and technology commercialization.

Tom received an MBA from The University of West Florida. Tom has taught academic classes in Operations Research for the University’s College of Business and continues to instruct clients on principles of entrepreneurship and business management. Tom also earned various professional credentials in areas of business valuation, exit planning, and economic development finance.

Tom received a BS in Physics from Grand Valley State College and an MS in Engineering Physics from The Air Force Institute of Technology. While in the Air Force, he managed the Air Force’s research effort for the development of high technology fusing and provided research in support of the Laser Guided Bomb Program. Tom had an earlier career in aviation as a pilot in Air Force Special Operations.



Paul Jones

Paul Jones is the Chief Information Officer for the Clerk & Comptroller, Palm Beach County.  Prior to joining the Clerk’s office, Paul served as the Chief Information Officer for the City of Pensacola. He developed his passion for Cyber Security when he worked as the Program Director for the Institute of Information Assurance at Pensacola State College where he was exposed to all facets of Cyber Security. 

Paul has over 30 years’ experience managing all aspects of technology including strategic planning, IT governance, budgeting, life cycle management, process improvement, cyber security and team leadership.  Paul was awarded the 2014 Innovative Leadership in Management of IT by the Florida Local Government Information System Association (FLGISA), is a certified ITIL Instructor and currently holds CISSP, ITIL Expert, Security+, GLEG, and Project+ certifications.  In addition, he recently completed the SANS IT Security Strategic Planning, Policy and Leadership and the SANS Law of Data Security and Investigations courses. 

Paul’s  many years of experience managing security at the CIO level has demonstrated that the key to successful security program involves more than just IT.   He believes that security must be managed across the organization and be driven from the top down in a proactive and not reactive manner.  In today’s constant breach environment a long-term security strategy must be based on reducing liability and self-preservation as well as, defending the organization.

Daniel Judge

Daniel Judge has 15 years of professional experience as a software developer, architect, business analyst, and product manager. He currently brings value to Studer Group as a Technical Product Manager. He leads technical planning, implementation, and operations of several cloud-based SaaS products. Previously, he worked at ActiGraph where he served as a project lead, software architect, and software engineer on the ActiLife and CentrePoint projects. He is passionate about improving developers’ non-technical skills through conference sessions and blog posts. Daniel is active in several Toastmasters groups where he refines his public speaking and leadership skills. As an amateur musician, he plays tuba in the Pensacola Civic Band and the Pensacola Bay Concert Band. Cathleen C. Lilli

Through the majority of Cathleen Lilli’s career, she has had the great opportunity to span many jobs  as an IT professional. These jobs range from Application Development, Systems Engineering, to Sales & IT management positions (application & infrastructure). The variation of job roles assisted her in understanding all aspects of delivering IT services. Additionally, she had a unique opportunity for two years, as the Customer Service Partner representing the Chief Operations Officer for a large Northeast Bank. In this role, she was able to transform the Operations Division from inward-focused to a customer driven and customer-focused organization. This experience was personally rewarding and incredibly eye opening for her to see that when the conversation changes to focus on the customer all differences are set aside and solutions are developed. 



Kelly Massey

Kelly Massey joined The Florida SBDC at the University of West Florida in 2014. As Regional Director, Massey oversees the operations of SBDC offices located in Pensacola, Fort Walton Beach, and Panama City serving ten counties in the Florida panhandle. He was previously the Center Director for the Henderson State University – SBDC located in Arkansas. He was employed there for six years.

In 2012, he was awarded the National Small Business Administration Counselor of the Year for SBDCs at National Small Business Week in Washington, DC. He is a Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP), a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a Certified Business Advisor (CBA). 

Massey has a Master’s degree in Business Administration. His prior twelve years of experience were in the human resources management field working for large manufacturing companies such as Georgia-Pacific, International Paper Company, and Stant Manufacturing, Inc.



Jeffrey Mitchell

Director of Information

Jeff Mitchell is an ITPro and problem solver bringing passion, expertise, and finesse to his work with both people and technology. During his fifteen years in the field, Jeff has identified and implemented IT solutions ranging from geographically dispersed systems for Small and Medium clients to enterprise deployments of private and hybrid cloud integrated solutions.

Heavily tied into the community of Northwest Florida Jeff has worked as Infrastructure Admin, Chief Technology Officer, Office 365 Practice Manager,  Director of IT and Cloud Infrastructure. Jeff has been a member of the Pensacola ITT Tech’s Program Advisory Committee, contributing to the school’s degree programs in Information Systems and Cybersecurity and Network Systems Administration. In addition to speaking engagements at ITGulfCoast, iTenwired (3 Years), IT Pro Camps, SQL Saturdays, Microsoft Road Shows and is a published contributor with Microsoft Press. Sean O’Brien

ITSS Program Executive


  I am a graduate of the University of Rochester in N.Y., then was designated a Naval Flight Officer and a bombardier/navigator in the A-6E Intruder in 1992. 
     My Operational assignments include Attack Squadron Five Two (Knight Riders), NAS Whidbey Island with deployments onboard the USS Kitty Hawk (CV-63).   Attack Squadron–One One Five (The Eagles) forward deployed in Atsugi, Japan. Where he deployed onboard the USS Independence (CV-62).  
     I then reported to Electronic Attack Squadron One Two Nine to receive training in the EA-6B Prowler.  I was then assigned as a Plank Owner to Electronic Attack Squadron One Two Eight (VAQ-128) providing electronic attack support to U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Operations. My last squadron assignment was as Operations Officer for Electronic Attack Squadron One Three Two (VAQ-132).  During this tenure, the Scorpions, flying off the USS George Washington (CVN-73), provided round the clock combat air support for Operation Enduring Freedom. 
     My shore assignments include instructor duties withVA-128 and VAQ-129. I was the EA-6B Systems Phase Head, a class room and flight instructor and El Centro Detachment OIC.  Most recently while at NETC, I flew as an Associate Instructor with VT-86 in Pensacola.  I earned an MS in Information Systems and Operations at Naval Post Graduate School.  I then served as Computer Network Operation Branch Chief on the Joint Staff in the J-3 Deputy Directorate for Global Operations and Information Operations.  
    I reported to NRD New Orleans as the Executive Officer in June 06.  In December 2007, I assumed command of Naval Recruiting District New Orleans.  My tenure at NRD New Orleans started in the months following Hurricane Katrina.  My leadership was said to be instrumental in the critical reestablishment of Navy Recruiting on the gulf coast and the ascension of NRD New Orleans from number 26 to the number 3 recruiting district in the country in just three years. 
    In 2009 I was selected by the Chief of Naval Operations to Command a Navy Provisional Detainee Battalion forward deployed to Taji, Iraq, the largest Navy command on the ground in Iraq.  I led this Battalion of 450 Sailors guarding 4,000 of the most violent terrorists in Iraq, as well as training all Iraqi Correctional Officers to transition detention operations to the Gov. of Iraq in April of 2010. 
    I returned from Iraq and reported to Commander Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) as the Deputy Director of NETC Information Management Division.  Along with the staff and field teams, we provided secure, reliable, state of the art information technologies and business capabilities on the world’s largest training network to enable NETC’s mission; training every sailor for the fleet. 
    After I retired from active duty in 2013, I decided to settle my family in Pensacola and started my own business; Sean O’Brien Consulting, LLC.  The firm provided IT Business Integration, Solution Architect, Business Capture and Development, Strategic Planning, Business Process Reengineering, Information Systems and IT Operations services.  In 2015 a contract evolved into a full time executive position with CSRA.  I am currently the Program Executive for the NETC ITSS Program.  
    My Military awards include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal with “V” device, Arial Achievement Medal, Navy Commendation and Achievement Medals, Army Commendation and Achievement Medals.  
     I am married to the former Jennifer A. Schulz of New York and Mobile, Alabama.  We have five sons Connor, Dillon, Abner, Colin and Danann.

Ronda F. Rotelli

Ronda Rotelli is a certified Senior Professional Human Resources leader with over 25 years experience working in both the private and public sector arenas. She is currently the HR/Safety Officer for Global Business Solutions, Inc. a leading provider of IT services, education/training resources, and cyber security/information assurance solutions.   Additionally, her experience includes global, regional and national leadership as a Human Resources  and Talent Acquisition partner for Gulf States Toyota,  Vopak North America, Deloitte Consulting, and the Lone Star College System.

Ronda holds a Master of Arts degree in Business Management and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from California State University, and is currently working on a second Master of Science degree in Cyber Security from Webster University.   She has an avid passion for continuous learning and development not only for herself, but for all employees of the organization she works for. 



Dr. Dallas Snider

Assistant Professor of Computer Science

Dr. Snider received his Ph.D. in Integrated Computing and M.S. in Instrumental Sciences from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He received a B.A. in Physics from Hendrix College. Before joining UWF, he worked as a data warehouse developer for Northrop Grumman Information Systems and prior to that as a database application developer for Acxiom. Dr. Snider’s teaching and research interests include data mining, data warehousing, information visualization, cybersecurity, and software development.

Glenda R. Snodgrass

Glenda R. Snodgrass has been President of The Net Effect, as well as its lead consultant and project manager, since the company’s inception in 1996.

Ms. Snodgrass is primarily engaged in drafting network security protocols and developing security awareness training programs for clients, in addition to conducting securityrelated workshops and delivering cyber security defense presentations at professional conferences and conventions.

An active member of the Gulf Coast Industrial Security Awareness Council, InfraGard, ASIS International, and Gulf Coast Technology Council, as well as numerous civic organization, Ms. Snograss holds a B.A. from the University of South Alabama (1986) and a maîtrise from Université de Paris I PanthéonSorbonne in Paris, France (1989).

Josh Wilson

Security Engineer

Josh Wilson is a career intelligence and security professional.  He is a retired Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant and served over 16 years as Counterintelligence agent.  He is a graduate of the Interagency Training Center (ITC) and the Army Technical Counterintelligence Directorate, and lead Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) teams on missions all over the world.   He volunteered as the lead technical advisor for the AFCEA Cyberthon 2016 and is the architect for the Gulf Coast Cyber Range (GCCR) used for the exercise.  He retired from the Marine Corps in 2014 as a Gunnery Sergeant, and currently works as a  Security Engineer for CSRA in support of the Department of Homeland Security.
